Description
FEP Resin TPD-804 is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene. It has good thermal stability, outstanding chemical inert, excellent electrical insulation and low friction coefficient. It can be processed by thermoplastic processing method.

Applications
TPD-804 is a heat stress cracking resistant plastic, mainly used for wire insulation layer, thin-walled tube.
Attention:
The processing temperature should not exceed 420°C, to prevent decomposition and releasing of toxic gases.
