Fluorinated Water and Oil Repellent TPD-FC615 a weak cationic organic fluorinated resin, it has excellent durable water & oil repellency performance. It is C6 product, it doesn’t contain any PFOS/APEO.

Application Method
TPD-FC615 is easy to be diluted by water, can be directly diluted before adding to the working liquid, suitable for the water repellent finishing of all kinds of fabrics.
1. Normal water repellent process:
Dosage: 10-40 g/L
Dipping → Padding → Curing
2. Durable water repellent process:
Dosage: 40-60g/L
Dipping → Padding → Curing
Note: Detailed process should be adjusted according to preliminary tries.
Operating Instructions
1. Separate the chemical dilution when preparing the working liquid.
2. Strongly recommend using soft water in dilution, if soft water is not available, the stability needs to be tested before making the solution.
3. After dilution, it should not be stored for a long time.
Packing
N.W.60KG Iron drums or other packing according to the clients’ request.
Transportation & Storage
Transported as non-dangerous cargo.
The container should be tightly sealed when not in use.
Stored in dry, dark and ventilated place at temperature(0~40℃), avoid moisture, direct sunlight, etc.
Shelf Life
1 year.
