TPD-532 is a kind of organic fluorine electret masterbatch based on polypropylene resin with ultra-high melt index, which can effectively improve the short-term storage capacity of melt blown PP nonwovens, and greatly improve the long-term stability of electrostatic charge after electret. Fluorine atom has strong electronegativity, the surface charge of fluorine-containing material is not easy to escape under the influence of external conditions.

Use Method
TPD-532 is a high-efficiency electret masterbatch. The addition amount of about 3% can have obvious effect. The recommended dosage level is: 3-5%, the optimal dosage level is determined by the trial.
