Description
TPD-PFE-1000R is a chemical resistant perfluoroelastomer. It has a good sealing capability under aggressive environment and excellent compression set values.

Test formula: 100phr PFE-1000R, 1.5phr Luperox 101XL-45, 3phr TAIC(50%), 15phr N-990 Carbon Black.
Application
- Widely used in the chemical industry, petroleum oil and natural gas exploitation industry, pharmaceutical production, semiconductor manufacturing and other industrial fields.
- It can be used in the manufacturing of components resistant to various corrosive media such as hot organic and inorganic acids, caustics, ketones, aldehydes, ethers, alcohols, fuel oils, solvents acid gases, hydrocarbons, steam, hot water, etc.
- Various types of elastomeric sealing elements can be manufactured, such as O-rings, gaskets, valve bodies, diaphragms, etc.
Packing
It is packed in a plastic bag inside an aluminum-plastic composite bag, N.W.1KG per bag.
Transportation & Storage
1. Transported as non-dangerous chemicals.
2. Require sealed and airproof packing.
3. Should be stored in a shady cool, ventilated warehouse.
4. Keep away from fire, heat source, direct sunlight and rain.
5. Avoid from oxidant, acid, alkali chemical materials and other impurities.
6. The product can flow under its own weight. Keep it in good condition of packing during transportation and application to avoid flowing out.
