Description
TPD-FS-LR7240 adopts a platinum vulcanization system, which is a uniform mixture of low molecular weight fluorinated silicone rubber and reinforcing filler. It maintains the excellent high and low temperature resistance, oil resistance, and electrical insulation of peroxide based vulcanized rubber, and most importantly, it combines the excellent processability of liquid silicone rubber, which can reduce waste rate and improve production efficiency. Liquid fluorosilicone rubber can maintain stability in harsh environments for a long time, making it very suitable for encapsulating or infusing oil resistant components of automotive, aviation, electronic, electrical and other equipment.

Application
Liquid Fluorosilicone Rubber TPD-FS-LR7240 is divided into component A and component B, packaged separately, when in use, the component A and component B are mixed completely on the three-roller grinder or planetary mixer according to the mass ratio of 1:1, and then defoaming treatment, mould pressing and coating curing. Or if you use an injection molding machine, you can operate directly the vulcanization process by the platform.
Suggested vulcanization conditions: Room temperature vulcanization at (25°Cx72h). Please adjust the vulcanization time reasonably according to the actual production process.
Packing
Both component A and component B are packed in N.W.20KG Plastic drums individually.
Transportation & Storage
1. Transported as non-dangerous substance.
2. Keep it in good condition of packing during transportation.
3. The product should be stored in a dry and ventilate place at room temperature.
4. Avoid from acid, alkali chemical materials and other impurities.
Shelf life
Shelf life: 6 months.
