Description
PFA Resin is the copolymer of TFE and PPVE, which has excellent chemical stability, elctrical insulation, age resistance and low friction coefficient. It can be processed by extrusion, blow molding, injection molding and ther general thermoplastic molding processes.

Applications
- TPD-901: Mainly used to produce lingings of pipes, pumps, valves, tank and bearings, etc.
- TPD-902: Mainly used to produce pipes, wire insulation layer, membranes and various parts.
- TPD-903: Mainly used for extrusion process, used to produce the layers of wire and cable;
- TPD-904, TPD-905 and TPD-906: Mainly used to produce high-speed extruded wire and cable.
Cautions
The processing temperature should not exceed 425℃, to prevent PFA decompistion which will promote equipment corrosion.
Packing
Woven plastic bag with inner polyethylene bag, net weight 25KG.
Transportation & Storage
Transported as non-dangerous cargo.
Stored in clean, cool, dry, dark and ventilated places, avoid contamination.
